2CRisk along with Partners AON Hewitt and Sparke Helmore Lawyers hosted a breakfast seminar in Perth recently. The title of the seminar was Health, Productivity and Profitability – making the link. With attendees from different industries and responsibilities, good discussion was generated on this important topic. Organisations are increasing their investment in health and wellbeing programs but making a clear business case remains a stumbling block for further investment. The presenters focused on providing insight in to possible returns and practical tips on how these returns can be delivered and proven.
Participants were asked to complete a survey on health and wellbeing in the workplace and a copy of the results and the speaker presentation can be accessed by following the link.
